Noise & Quiet Hours • Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times. • Excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. 4. Smoking • Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the property. • If smoking outdoors, guests must dispose of waste properly. • Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees. 5. Pets • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing. • Unauthorized pets may result in cancellation of the stay and/or additional cleaning charges. 6. Cleanliness & Care of Property • Guests agree to maintain the property in good condition. • Furniture and décor should not be moved without permission. • Any spills, stains, or damage must be reported promptly. • Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may result in additional charges. 7. Damage & Liability • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. • Accidents and maintenance issues must be reported immediately. • The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or personal items left behind. 8. Safety & Security • Do not tamper with safety equipment (smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, cameras, etc.). • Open flames (candles, fireworks, etc.) are not permitted. • Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the property. 9. Utilities & Appliances • Please use utilities responsibly. • Report any malfunctioning equipment promptly. 11.
