Design a property site once, then hand the pieces you choose to the rest of your listings. Apply to other listings walks through three steps: what to copy, which listings take it, and a review where you decide whether the copies stay linked. Every piece is ticked individually, so the copy can be as broad as the whole design or as narrow as a single story section.
A typical run: build the Home page on your flagship listing, then apply it to five more. Each keeps its own photos, name and description, and all six read as one family.
There are two doors to the same flow.
Four groups run down the left. Click a group to see what is inside it; the box beside its name ticks or clears the whole group, and the count shows how much of it is selected.
The panel shows this listing’s Home page in order, top to bottom.
A section that opens its own sub-page cannot travel and is shown greyed out with the reason. Lead forms arrive as separate copies, so every listing keeps its own inquiries.
Four pieces, each showing its current setting: Layout & text placement, Photo overlay, Medallion and Text style. Hero photos and videos, the headline wording and the hero badges are never copied.
Colors, Fonts, Logo & favicon, Header style, Intro reveal and Header button, with swatches and names beside them. The header button copies when it points somewhere that works on every listing (booking, home, a web address, email or phone). Contact details, social links and the footer stay where they are.
Tick the listings that should receive the copy, or use Select all. Tags on a row explain anything unusual: Linked for a listing that already follows this one, Linked elsewhere for one that follows a different listing, Template for one that other listings follow, and Profile for a single-page profile, which takes everything except pages and tabs.
The left side lists what is being copied, group by group, and where it is going; Edit jumps back to that choice. On the right:
Keep linked (the default) makes the other listings follow this one for the pieces you copied. Change the hero, reorder the Home page, add or remove a story section, or adjust the brand here, and they update shortly after. Linked story sections share their content everywhere. A linked listing can still take sections of its own, and they hold their place when the template changes.
Independent copy is a one-time transfer. Afterwards each listing goes its own way.
Story sections already on those listings appears when you are copying story sections. Replace them moves their current story sections to the Reuse existing library, where they wait rather than being deleted. Keep them too adds the copied sections beside what is already there.
Click Apply. The sites update at once.
The confirmation carries an Undo button. For seven days afterwards, Layout → Advanced → Undo last layout copy on the listing you copied from puts every listing back exactly as it was: sections, pages, tabs, hero, brand and any links the copy created. If a newer copy has since changed one of the same listings, undo that one first.
On a linked listing, a slim banner at the foot of the Layout tab names the listing it follows. Click Unlink to stop following; the current design stays. From the template listing itself, Advanced shows how many listings follow it and offers to unlink them all.
Links do not chain. A listing that follows another cannot serve as a linked template, and a template cannot follow a different listing. Either can still give or receive an independent copy.
You don't need the wizard to hide or show a single built-in section everywhere. On a listing that belongs to a multi-unit site, flip a section's Show switch in the Sections tab and a bar appears: Apply to all does the same on the other listings in that site (one button per site when the listing is in several). Only that one section is mirrored. The other listings keep their own order and everything else. Just this one keeps the change local, and Don't ask again hides the bar in this browser.
The same idea exists inside a story section: change its Style, Side, Width, Height or Align and a bar offers Apply to all story sections on the site.
The assistant handles the same choices in plain words: “Apply the Dock House design to my three cabins and keep them linked”, “Copy just the Welcome section to the Loft”, “Give every listing the Dock House colors and fonts”, “Copy the About us page to all my listings”, “Undo that copy”, or “Stop syncing the Birch Cabin.” It lists exactly what will change and waits for your go-ahead before copying anything.
