theHostCo Integration

Haven connects to theHostCo as a guest store: the local products and services your theHostCo store stocks and fulfills can appear as guest offers on your Haven property pages and in your guidebooks. Guests complete the purchase on theHostCo, which sources and delivers the order and takes its marketplace commission.

theHostCo is not a PMS connection. Listings, calendars, and reservations do not sync through it. They sync through your native PMS connector (Hospitable, Guesty, Lodgify, Hostfully, OwnerRez, or Track) or through Haven's direct Airbnb integration. How it fits together

• Your PMS stays your PMS. theHostCo does not change how your listings, availability, or reservations reach Haven.
• Store items become guest offers. You curate which theHostCo items show on each property page and in the guidebook Offers tab.
• theHostCo fulfills. Checkout, sourcing, and delivery happen on theHostCo. Native Haven upsells are separate and run through your own Stripe account.

Setting up the integration

1. Connect your store. Go to your Host Dashboard, open the Integrations tab, find the theHostCo card and connect the store you already have (or create one).
2. Curate per property. Under Grow your brand → Upsells → Host Co (or Property editor → Arrival → Upsells), choose which store items appear on each property page and guidebook.
3. Go live. Items show to guests on the property page and in the guidebook Offers tab. Prices, photos, and availability refresh from theHostCo.

Common questions

Does theHostCo sync my listings, calendars, or reservations? No. It connects as a guest store only. Use your PMS connector or the direct Airbnb integration for listing, calendar, and reservation sync.

How is this different from Haven's own experiences and add-ons? Native Haven upsells are sold through your Stripe account with 0% Haven commission and fulfilled by you or your crew. theHostCo items are sold and fulfilled by theHostCo, which takes its marketplace commission.

Does the integration cost extra? Nothing from Haven. theHostCo applies its own marketplace terms to purchases made through the store.
