If you run Hostaway, Hostex, Uplisting, Smoobu, Beds24, Avantio, Streamline, Escapia, CiiRUS — or essentially any PMS or channel manager without a native Haven connection — you can connect Haven today through Haven's direct Airbnb integration. (Lodgify, Hostfully, and Track hosts have native connections — see Lodgify, Hostfully, and Track — and don't need this path.)
Your PMS already pushes listing content, photos, prices, availability, and reservations to Airbnb. Haven connects to that Airbnb account and imports that same inbound data. This is the full Haven product — branded site, checkout, guest portal, guidebooks, and protection — not a lite mode and not “iCal-only calendar sync.”
Each of these PMSs has its own card on Settings → Integrations, alongside the native connections. Choose your PMS there and Haven walks you through authorizing the Airbnb account it publishes to.
You do not need a Hospitable account. Hospitable powers the partner connection behind the scenes, but the account you authorize and manage is your Airbnb account.
No. For launching a direct booking site and running guest experience on top of your existing stack, connecting via Airbnb is the same Haven product. You get listing import, calendar and reservation sync, branded checkout, guest app, guidebooks, and protection.
What is the same as a native PMS connector: inbound listing content, photos, fees Airbnb exposes, daily prices, availability, reservations, and reviews — because that is what the PMS already publishes to Airbnb. That inbound availability arrives in real time: Airbnb sends Haven a calendar webhook when a night changes.
What is different: Haven reaches your PMS through Airbnb, not the PMS private API. Fields the PMS never sends to Airbnb cannot appear through this path. Haven can send daily price changes to Airbnb, but the connection cannot create an Airbnb reservation or write availability blocks through the API.
So the only material limitation is outbound availability. Haven direct bookings and Haven-created manual blocks reach your channels through the property's Haven iCal feed. Where you add that feed matters:
Do not add it in both places. Airbnb does not pass an iCal-sourced block back to a connected PMS, so adding it to Airbnb alone leaves every other channel your PMS feeds still open and bookable — and adding it to both makes Airbnb hold the same nights twice.
Haven surfaces the iCal setup path for listings that require it.
Just want the listing content, not calendar or reservation sync? Use Import a Listing by URL instead. Pasting a public Airbnb URL does a one-time content import (photos, description, amenities, reviews) and does not sync calendars or reservations. The direct Airbnb integration below is the path that keeps availability and reservations aligned.
Airbnb only shares listings where the connected Airbnb user is the primary listing owner. A co-host-only Airbnb account may return no importable listings.
You can connect Airbnb even if a native PMS (Guesty, Lodgify, OwnerRez, and others) is already linked. Native Hospitable already imports Airbnb listings, so Connect Airbnb is not offered while Hospitable is connected.
Managing properties for multiple owners? With Partner Mode enabled, each client is their own Haven account connected to yours — you switch into a client's account and connect their Airbnb there, and your own dashboard shows every client's listings in aggregate.
Under the connected Airbnb card, Listing content language starts collapsed. Open it to mirror Airbnb copy verbatim or translate new updates into one editing language. Click Sync now on that same card to pull the latest listings, photos, calendars, and reservations without waiting for the next automatic poll. Account-wide pricing rewards such as the direct booking discount live on Listings → gear icon → Property settings, not on this tab.
The API connection itself does not create or cancel Airbnb reservations and does not write blocked/open dates, minimum stays, or check-in/check-out rules to Airbnb. A minimum stay or check-in/out rule you set on selected dates still applies on your Haven site, and the next sync leaves it in place.
For the complete field-by-field, direction, and webhook matrix, see Direct Airbnb Integration Sync and Webhook Reference.
Native Lodgify, Hostfully, and Track are available now — see Lodgify Integration, Hostfully Integration, and Track Integration. Native Guesty is available on the Integrations tab. Native Hostex, Uplisting, Smoobu, and Beds24 connectors are in limited rollout, enabled account by account. A native Hostaway connector is on the roadmap. If a native connector is not available for your account, the direct Airbnb path remains available.
