Haven sends you an email whenever something happens on your account — a new booking, a guest inquiry, a payment dispute, a security-deposit reminder, a signed rental agreement, and more. All of these go to one list of addresses that you control, so you always know where to look and can loop in a co-host, property manager, or shared inbox.
You manage that list on Settings → Account & Profile → Notifications, on the card titled Notification emails. (The settings row was previously called "Account", then "Account & Notifications", and before that "Account & Security".)
Host Dashboard → Settings → Account & Profile → Notifications → Notification emails.
Bookings, inquiries, and guest messages go to every address on that card.
When you first sign up, the list is seeded with your sign-up email (the address you log in with), so nothing changes until you decide to edit it.
Every host notification Haven sends routes to these addresses, including:
A few rules keep things safe:
reservations@yourbrand.com inbox). This
only changes where Haven emails you — you still log in with your
sign-up email. The same Notifications tab has SMS notification settings for putting a guest message on your phone. If the account has a phone number, New guest message texts it (on by default). New guest message on WhatsApp is a separate switch. See Guest Chats by Text and WhatsApp.
Even if an email is filtered or missed, you'll still see these notifications inside Haven while you're signed in — so the email list is about reach, not your only copy.
Notification recipients are an account-level setting — they are no longer edited per listing. On a property or multi-unit site editor, the old footer box is only a note that links to Notification emails. Do not add recipients there. Public contact-form messages for all of your listings go to this one account list. They arrive as normal email; Haven does not keep those public contact-form messages in a separate inbox.
A page form (including an Owner lead form) is different. In the form builder, Notify these emails replaces this account list for that form only: addresses you type there are the only ones that form emails, and an empty list uses this account list. A consenting submitter from the Owner lead form is saved in Audience with the owner tag, and the answers show as Form responses on the contact. See Lead Capture.
The public contact info box (the display name, location, email, phone, and WhatsApp rows shown on your property page) is still edited per listing — that's about what visitors see, not where messages are sent. See Contact Information — Public vs. In-stay.
Do notifications still go to my login email by default? Yes — your list starts with your sign-up email. You only change that if you edit the list.
Can different properties email different people? Not from this list — recipients are one account-level list shared across every listing. Add each person's address here, and they'll all receive public contact-form messages and notifications. A page form can name its own Notify these emails, which replaces this list for that form only.
Where do public contact-form messages go? To Notification emails (Settings → Account & Profile → Notifications). They arrive as normal email; Haven doesn't keep those public contact-form messages in a separate inbox.
Where do page-form and owner-inquiry emails go? To the same Notification emails list, unless that form's Notify these emails has addresses — then those addresses replace the account list for that form only. An empty list uses the account list. Submissions are kept on the contact in Audience as Form responses.
How do I close my account entirely? Settings → Account & Profile → Account → Login & sessions has a small Close account link at the bottom. Closing disconnects your integrations, cancels your subscription, unlists your properties, and removes your login (past booking and payment records are kept). See Closing Your Account.
