Holiday price bumps raise your nightly rates around the public holidays, school breaks and key dates of your region. When demand is high, you can capture premium pricing without manually adjusting dates on your calendar.
Holiday price bumps apply a percentage increase to your base nightly rate for dates within a window around each holiday or school break. For example, you might add a 15% bump over the Easter long weekend, or around ANZAC Day.
Open your property's Calendar → Pricing → Seasonal & holiday pricing.
Bumps made from your region's holidays or your own key dates move to next year's real dates on their own, including holidays whose dates change every year (Easter, Thanksgiving, school terms).
The holidays listed come from the region you choose in Settings → Account & Profile → Account → Holidays & key dates (country and, where it matters, state), or a listing's own region on its Calendar → Availability → Holiday region. Add your own key dates or import a calendar of school terms there too. See Holiday region and key dates.
School breaks and key dates are labeled separately from public holidays so you can choose which to bump.
Holiday bumps raise the nightly rate itself. If what should change seasonally is the extra-guest charge rather than the base price — say, $25 per night for each guest over 6, but only in the off-season — use Seasonal Extra Guest Pricing instead.
