When you connect a PMS or Airbnb while you already have properties on Haven, Haven asks you to match the incoming listings to those properties before it imports anything. A matched property keeps everything you built on Haven and starts syncing from the new connection. It is not created twice, and you are not billed for it twice.
This covers moving from one source to another (for example from Airbnb through Hospitable Connect to native Lodgify), adding Airbnb to sites you built by hand, and reconnecting after a disconnect, as many times as you need.
Connect the new integration from Settings → Integrations (or during onboarding).
If you have properties that this connection's listings might be, the Match your listings window opens right away, on whichever page you are on. Until you finish, nothing new imports or syncs from that connection. Its card on Settings → Integrations turns amber (Connected · waiting on you, New listings not syncing yet), and every listing in its list that is not imported yet has two buttons: Match and Import. A listing that was already syncing keeps syncing.
Each incoming listing appears on the left with its cover photo, and the Haven property it becomes appears on the right:
You never have to match. To import a listing as its own property even though Haven paired it, click its target and choose Keep separate (import as a new property). Keep all separate does this for every listing at once, and Use suggested matches puts Haven's pairings back. A listing you keep separate always becomes a new property, even if it shares an Airbnb listing with one you have.
Click Review. Haven lists what will change, then click Move N properties.
Prefer to import everything as new? Click Keep all separate, then Import N as new properties. During onboarding you can also click Import the usual way to get the normal import choice.
If you close the window without deciding, it does not keep popping up, and the card stays amber until you choose.
The buttons on each listing row are where you handle its mapping:
The card stays amber until every listing is matched or imported, then turns green without a reload. To decide many at once, click Match several at once in the amber note at the top of the card.
| After matching | |
|---|---|
| Title, description, amenities, house rules, fees, photos, site design, domain, guidebook | Kept as they are on Haven |
| Nightly rates, base and weekend price, currency | From the new PMS |
| Calendar: availability, blocks, minimum stays, check-in/out rules | Replaced from the new PMS. Prices, stay rules and blocks set from today on are cleared, then the new PMS's calendar loads. PriceLabs prices stay. |
| Reservations | Kept. A stay the old source imported is taken over by the new PMS's copy of the same stay, so it appears once. |
| The old source | Stops syncing this property |
Haven keeps your content by unlocking each synced field on the property. To have the new PMS manage a field again, open Edit listing and use the sync lock on that field to re-lock it. The next sync then fills it from the PMS.
Matching never adds a property, so it never changes your bill. Only listings you import as New property count as new properties, and you see the charge before you confirm. The window's footer shows No extra charge when nothing new is being created.
When every property a connection fed has moved, the confirmation offers Disconnect for it. Disconnect it from Settings → Integrations so it stops syncing.
On the old integration's card, a moved listing no longer shows as syncing. Restore on it is refused while the new integration feeds the property, so a property never syncs from two places at once. To move it back, click Match on that listing's row on the integration you want it to sync from.
On any connected PMS card on Settings → Integrations, a listing that is not imported yet has a Match button (when you have properties that card doesn't sync). Use it after a reconnect, or whenever you want a property to sync from a different source. A listing a partner moved to your account can't be matched here; the partner takes it back first.
