Haven splits a listing's controls across three surfaces: the listing editor (content and guest experience), the Calendar page (money and availability), and Listing settings (every listing's settings in one grid). This article is the map.
A quick scope rule: anything you change in the editor or on the Calendar panel affects that one listing. Listing settings can change one listing or the rows you select. A few columns (fee name, unanswered requests, hold dates, OTA savings, taxes before checkout, clock) are one value for the account.
Open a listing and choose Edit Listing. Four tabs run down the sidebar:
Space — what the property is. Photos & Spaces · Property Story · Location · Amenities · Reviews & Testimonials · Cancellation policy.
Arrival — everything about the guest's stay and guidebook. Guidebook access · Welcome · Guide layout & tabs · Guide components · Check-in & tasks · Checkout & tasks · Rules & safety · WiFi & contacts · Upsells · House manual PDF · Guest verification (rental agreement and ID requirements). Pages are added and arranged beside the phone preview: Add page and Import (a guidebook link or PDF) sit to its right, and a press-and-hold on a card in the phone rearranges it.
Layout — how the public site looks. Site pages & tabs · Hero · Brand identity.
Preferences — operational settings. Pricing & Availability (opens the Calendar page) · Custom domain · Smart devices · Language · iCal calendar sync · Visibility · Advanced (duplicate or archive the listing).
The search bar at the top of the editor finds any section by name, so typing "wifi" or "cancellation" is often faster than browsing.
The Calendar button next to Edit Listing opens the pricing and availability workspace. Its right panel has three tabs:
Schedule — bookings, blocks, and day-by-day management.
Price — every money control for this listing: nightly and weekend rates, currency, seasonal pricing, promotions, discounts, discount codes, fees, custom fees, stay-based fees, pet fee, security deposit, PriceLabs sync, and this listing's direct-booking discount and margin overrides. Taxes themselves are configured under Payouts → Tax rules — the Price tab links there. These display controls also live here:
Availability — blocked dates, booking settings such as advance notice, check-in and checkout rules, stay requirements, minimum nights by day (with Fill orphan gaps for shorter stays between bookings), Holiday region (this listing's own country and state for holidays, when it differs from your account's — set that under Settings → Account & Profile → Account → Holidays & key dates), Holiday rules (no check-ins, no check-outs or a minimum stay on holidays and school breaks, every year), and Instant book. Listing settings at the top opens the grid of every listing's settings.
Sites → Listing settings (/host?tab=listing-settings) is where the
settings that used to live in Property settings are edited, next to each
listing's own rates and rules. The gear on Listing sites and Listing
settings on a listing's Calendar → Availability tab both open that grid.
One row per listing. Hover a listing's name for View listing (the public page, in a new tab) and Edit listing (that listing's editor). Columns cover rates and fees (nightly and weekend rate, cleaning, short-stay cleaning, pet, extra guest, linen and resort fees, service fee and its name), discounts (weekly, monthly, early-bird, last-minute, trip-length, direct booking, discount codes), policies (cancellation policy, payment schedule, security deposit), stay rules (min and max nights, gap nights, max guests, pets), booking (instant book, advance notice, same-day cutoff, booking window, same-day turnover, check-in and check-out times and days, unanswered requests, hold dates, linked calendars), check-in (times, access type, keys, greeting, early and late check-in), house rules (events, quiet hours, photography, agree to rules), safety notes, trust (ID verification, rental agreement, each on OTA bookings too, Screen & Protect on OTA, selfie, returning guests, fee payer, when guests sign), guidebook (access, unlock window, auto-send and reminders, tap to call, weather unit), display (nightly prices in the date picker, price breakdown, offers section, OTA savings, taxes before checkout, clock, discovery survey, reviews, gallery, translation), and the listing itself (accepting bookings, visibility, search engines, language, iCal export links). Find a setting above the grid narrows the columns to the ones that match, misspellings included.
Edit a cell for one listing. Drag down a column (or ⌘/Ctrl-click cells) and press Set value to change those cells together. Tick rows and Edit settings to write the same value onto each of them. Fee name, unanswered requests, hold dates, OTA savings, taxes before checkout, and clock are one value for the account: every row shows it, and changing one changes it everywhere.
